Fun on the 15 home

Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 14, 2026 (last updated October 14, 2026). Operated by Fun on the 15, California.

This policy explains what information funonthe15.com (“the site”) collects and how we use it. We wrote it to comply with the California Online Privacy Protection Act (CalOPPA).

Information we collect

Right now: the site has no accounts and no email list. If you use our submission forms (see “Submission forms (Tally)” below), we receive what you enter there. If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message.

In the future: when our email list launches, we will collect the email address (and any optional details, such as your region) you choose to give us. We'll update this policy before that starts.

Our web host may automatically process standard technical data (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) to deliver and secure the site.

Cookies and analytics

The site itself sets no cookies and currently uses no analytics, advertising or tracking tools. If that changes, we will update this policy first.

Embedded videos

Some pages embed our YouTube videos using YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com). When you play an embedded video, YouTube (Google) may collect information under Google's privacy policy. You can always use the plain “Watch on YouTube” link instead.

Submission forms (Tally)

We use Tally (Tally BVBA, Belgium, tally.so) to collect photo/clip submissions (photo form) and event submissions (event form).

How we use information

To answer your messages, review submissions and corrections, and (once launched) send the emails you signed up for.

No selling or sharing

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their marketing or for cross-context behavioral advertising. We may disclose information if required by law.

Service providers

We use a small number of service providers that process data for us: our web host (to deliver and secure the site), Tally (submission forms), and YouTube/Google (embedded videos, only when you play one).

Do Not Track

Because we do not track visitors across sites or over time, the site doesn't change its behavior in response to browser Do Not Track signals; there is no tracking to turn off.

Third-party sites

We link to organizers, venues, ticket sellers and social platforms. Their privacy practices are their own.

Reviewing, changing or deleting your information

Email [email protected] to ask what we have, correct it, or have it deleted. California residents may have additional rights under state law.

Children

The site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we'll delete it.

Changes

We'll post any changes on this page and update the effective date. Significant changes will be noted on the site.
